This hotel was wonderful. With the exception of our room AC not working properly everything else was great! In terms of the AC problem Sandra at the front desk was amazing. She helped us find a fan and was very responsive. She also was great at providing places to eat and helping with everything really. She was amazing! Also Andy who was bartending during our stay actually took the time to take the fan up to our room. He was great as well. Super friendly and happy to see us each day. If you have a chance stay here a if you check in and Sandra is there you’re in great hands. Great location to everything!

Great location but... The rudest front desk clerk after midnight. Lots of hidden unexplained fees. These should be sent in a welcome email in advance of arrival if they expect us to comply / not be surprised. If all you want is a room in a good location, pick this hotel. If you have any other expectations stay away. I will not choose this hotel or any affiliated brands again.

This hotel provides very thoughtful service with friendly staff. The location is excellent, and you can walk to almost anywhere. The room is clean, and the breakfast is also good. Most importantly, this hotel is very generous! Other than being a bit pricey, it doesn't seem to have any other flaws. But I guess the price being high is my flaw LOL

We had a wonderful stay! From the lobby reception to the staff at the bar and breakfast, everyone was friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, and very clean. Our room was spacious and very quiet, even with the close proximity to the very busy Main Street. We walked everyone the location was perfect. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit again. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour drink in their quiet, secluded garden is top notch.

We recently stayed three nights in one of the suites here. The entire staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the large amount of counter space in the bathroom, and the private garden attached to the suite was absolutely lovely. To nit-pick, I wasn't the biggest fan of the square toilet and the "living area" with the couch/tv was pretty small, but neither of those affected how we enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, about a 5-10 minute walk away from both the Sforzesco Castle and the Duomo, and various other attractions within a 20 minute walk. All-in-all a fantastic value. Very happy with our choice to stay here and, should we find ourselves back in Milan, would definitely consider staying there again.
