This was such a lovely experience. I stayed here with my partner and family and experienced nothing but perfect service, ambiance and in such a central location. Would 110% come back to stay with the lovely front desk staff and security to greet you as well as wonderful bar staff to hand you any drink of your choice. The 24hr service serves perfectly for an early or late night dinner and anyone is happy to help or cater to any needs you may have. Thank you hotel Milano Scala for our wonderful stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Milano Scala, located in the heart of Milan. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the hotel's modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was generous. I was also impressed with the hotel's central location, which offered easy access to Milan's top attractions. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Milano Scala and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay in Milan.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding service and friendly, efficient staff. We could not have been happier EXCEPT for one major flaw. The bed was hard as a rock. Sleeping was very difficult and uncomfortable. We booked a suite (with a beautiful balcony) and when I thought I’d try sleeping on the couch, I found it to be even harder to sleep on! I know this is a “first world problem” but for almost $1,000 a night, I would have thought our stay to be completely, complaint-free.
