We´ve been there for 4 nights stay. The Hotel itself is kinda outdated (old furniture), but if you are looking for a deal with great value/performance ratio, then this is it. Rooms are spacious with great views and big bathroom, which is not typical in these locations. Hotel has kinda big pool, good outside jacuzzi but unfortunately pretty small and old sauna. What was absolutely outstanding was the food. The 3 course dinners were top notch, toghether with proffesional servise from the staff the overall experience was superb. 10/10 would recomend.

Very old rooms, smelly and floor are creaky. Shower is literally 2x2 feet. Need major upgrades. Being a 4 star, very limited breakfast options. Even boiled eggs are paid. They charge for the swim cap, that is mandatory for using the swimming pool. Few folks on the staff are unfriendly. Even with half board, they charge for kids dinner. Overall will not recommend at all.

The experience at the hotel was amazing; the room was spectacular with magnificent mountain views. For people traveling with babies, it's a hotel I would recommend; they have cots for babies, and the service is excellent. I would highlight all the staff because everyone helped us and treated us very well.

Had an incredible stay at Hotel Mirage. Upon check-in, we were provided a complimentary upgrade which was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities are clean. Food and drinks were delicious. We took full advantage of their cocktail happy hour by having drinks outside with a view of the dolomites (you can see cinque torre from the hotel). Staff were incredibly friendly. In particular, we loved chatting with Luca at the front desk who was very attentive to our needs. We also can't say enough good things about Antonio our bartender who recommended a very good bottle of red on our first night there. The only minor I would change about the hotel is maybe a bigger jacuzzi and a longer allowable jacuzzi time greater than 15 min. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Hotel Mirage.
