Amazing stay. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are so friendly & helpful. We came here on our honeymoon & they went above and beyond. Steam room & sauna were great.

Horrendous customer service. Was booked here for three nights in December but my second leg of the flight, from London, was cancelled due to a heavy snowstorm in Munich. The airport was closed in Munich so I called, and after several attempts, spoke with the hotel manager. He was so abrupt and rude. Told me there will be no refund due to hotel being empty and they had to make up the lost revenue somehow. Wasn’t even prepared to meet me halfway. I don’t think this management position is a good fit for someone of his character. They need a person who can communicate in a professional manor. Would definitely not stay here next time I’m in Munich.

Overall, fabulous stay! Great for the price. The hotel was located near the English garden in a quieter part of town but easy to walk to everything. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating, food was great, and the room was really nice! Only thing I could possibly dock points for are the awful pillows despite the pillow service. Those mushy pillows that you need to 2-3 to pile on top of each other to feel support aren’t cutting it.

Really enjoyed my 2 night stay at Hotel Munchen Palace, staff were really friendly and always asking if there was anything they could help me with. Did not have time to eat at the hotel but used and really like the compact Gym. Night staff saved my bacon as they reminded me that there was a rail strike on today and helped me to reroute using a hire car! Thank you team Hotel Munchen Palace, will stay again when I am in Munich.

Hotel Muenchen Palace is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The location, a little away from the overly touristy areas, is still incredibly well situated, very near the Isar (check out the surfing on the little waterfall!). The room was very spacious and the housekeeping impeccable. Also, across the street is an amazing emporium that will satisfy any need for food and wine.
