We stayed here last April. Everyone working here is easy to talk to. They gave us good recommendations for restaurants as well and helped us reserve one nearby. We practically asked restaurant recommendations everyday and all the ones they recommended, we enjoyed. Their breakfast is plentiful and you can get coffee or hot chocolate any time of the day. Rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable. Temperature is just right. We’ve been doing a lot of shopping and left our branded items in the room and yes, you can trust them. (Just putting it out there as some hotels aren’t exactly known to be trustworthy.) I actually forgot to close the safe one time and left some valuables yet nothing was missing. So yes, the main star in the hotel is their staff. Secondly, their breakfast area is a wonderful place to stay.

This hotel is very unassuming from the outside and the front entrance is small which makes you wonder if you’re entering from the right spot. It’s downtown but off a main street, so if you’re looking for complete silence at night, you might want to look elsewhere. The rooms are right-sized which means there isn’t a bunch of extra space to lounge around in. They are very nicely decorated and clean, with outlets in each side of the bed to charge phones, a small fridge, and shelving with some hangers for your clothes. Be forewarned that if you are staying a long time with multiple large suitcases this may not be the spot for you. Although they may have different size rooms available. The bathroom was nice with a neat shower stall that had little lights throughout the tile that lit up (nice touch). Windows opened for fresh air too. The breakfast each morning was tasty but my only complaint would be they needed a second coffee machine. There is only one machine for everyone that eats which meant there was usually a line to get your coffee. The pastries and croissants were so delicious! What made this Hôtel memorable was the 5-star service that the staff gave. Mr. Lotfi and Ms. Marie Francoise gave superb service and I would absolutely choose this hotel again if they would be working during my stay. I needed to make reservations a few times and they were very helpful with translation as well as calling the establishments to get details (since I don’t speak French). The hotel even offered a champagne toasting since it was New Year’s Eve 🍾🥂. It’s also close walking distance to the Convention metro stop. Getting a metro pass for all day is the way to go. It will take you everywhere you need to go and save you lots of money instead of taking taxis. I would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting Paris simply because of the excellent service the hotel staff gave!

Look no further!! This hotel is a hidden GEM. I read a lot of reviews on hotels and decided to give this one a shot. I am so glad that we did!! They went above and beyond with their customer service. From answering my emails prior to our arrival, to booking transfers, to helping us book train tickets to Belgium and teaching us what metro stations to use- they answered every question without hesitation. The front desk was so helpful! The room was a perfect size, quiet and comfy bed! The location was very close to the metro and was easy to get around. This definitely felt more like a local area than a super touristy area which is what we wanted. Can’t wait to stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are stylish, spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is not touristy and was a great reprieve from the bustle of the city, but also an easy metro ride to all the major sites. Thomas from the front desk went above and beyond and gave recommendations and advice that made our stay. Will definitely return!
