My son and I had an absolutely wonderful stay for 5 nights at Hotel Monceau Wagram ☺️. From the lovely warm welcome extended by Nathalie, which really set the scene for us, everything was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and scrupulously clean. The bathroom was great with a shower over bath setup. The location is very convenient, an easy walk to the metro and to The Arc De Triomphe. Easy walk to many restaurants and patisseries. Fantastic self-serve laundry right next door was a godsend on a 6 week trip! Super happy and would recommend to anyone.

It feels total scam you can be the judge. I would not trust this property. If you are mental and wanna pay for the mental institute you are most welcome here. They give you room barely for 2 person but they squeeze your guts out for pushing 3 person in. There is no place to put your luggages and yourself at the same time. I wish i have had checked the room before paying ! It was the same minute after i see the room and ask for another room they were literally not giving an f. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I have to be honest, I struggle to see how this hotel is rated fewer than four stars. I was very skeptical when we booked, but all of my expectations were exceeded. Small, yes. But this is Paris! Everything was comfortable, clean, and very well decorated. The service was patient and friendly and thorough. The neighborhood was a delightful surprise. So charming! I would stay there again without hesitation.

Positive: The triple room was spacious, beautiful, new furniture, excellent beds, large bathroom, central air conditioning, cleanliness at the level. Excellent location. Negative: Smallest elevator I've ever been in, barely fits three adults. To get to the room on the upper floor, there is no other way to get there, because the only metal stairs in the hotel are so narrow and twisted (in movies, such a staircase is usually used for fire evacuation, I'm not exaggerating), that it is impossible to use them, nor to pass with someone. Especially since the cleaners keep hygiene products, buckets and brushes on them, so they are unusable because of that. There are 4 rooms on the fourth floor and the door from the elevator, if you open the door from the elevator, exit from two rooms is not possible! An incredible and somewhat claustrophobic space in front of the rooms of only 2m². And one more thing...As soon as we arrived, we paid in advance the full amount for the stay, but they still asked us to give a deposit of 150e (which they returned to us at the end), while other guests were leaving the hotel next to us and only then paid? We only had contact with one receptionist who was very kind, but without logical answers to our questions.
