The rooms are good and clean with a nice bathroom; the location is also good with the metro just downstairs (5 min to be at the main place). But the reception is only an office in the hallway and is not often available. It feels more like being in a building with Airbnbs. But we really enjoyed our stay and the price/quality ratio was decent!

Pathetic! I couldn't find a soul at the hotel at 1600 in the day. No response on call or email. They didn't send the access pin my mail either. I had to book at different hotel at the last moment

Hotel is right in heart of city, opposite to hotel is S-bahn station which makes it super convenient for travel. Also lot of restaurants and eating outlets nearby for food options. One of best options for Bed and breakfast in Munich. Had been there a long time back, overall nice place.

Our stay at the Mons Hotel am Goetheplatz was ok. The rooms were very simple, but clean. The price was decent (€225 for three nights in a “family” room). Our room consisted of one double bed and one single bed as well as a sink and shower. The toilets were shared among the floor. The location was great for access to the underground and bus routes. The downside to the location is that it is very close to a hospital and therefore you hear many sirens through the night. There is also not Air Conditioning, so during the armed weather, which we encountered, you’re only option is to open the windows. This, of course, isn’t ideal with all the ambulance sirens.

We booked a double room, so by definition one shared bed for 2 people, but we got instead just a tween room. Not to mention that the rooms (at least the one which we had) are completely different from the photos on the internet. See real photos attached. Thanks MONS hotel for such"romantic" atmosphere!!! Up to now in München it's worst hotel to stay for couples. Not worse 55€ per night at all.
