Worst place ever, I had a pleasure to visit few hotels across the Europe but this one is by far most disappointing place I've been. Fauls rating, no heating, toilet and shower not accessible unless you want to catch all world diseases. Avoid at all cost!

Good for the location, very close to Paris Gare du Nord station from where people can go anywhere. Also restaurants and shopping is on the street just out side of the hotel. This hotel is good for single traveller. Family or group would not feel comfortable here.

BED BUGS! Do not book a room here it’s infested with bed bugs and sounds like it has been for months or longer. Both our rooms had an infestation and another guest we talked to did as well. Slept until 3am before noticing and they had no where to relocate us. Don’t book a room here.

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. Woke up at 3am to bed bugs crawling and biting me. Both rooms we had booked out were infested with bed bugs, Plus another guest we talked to in the hall had found them in his room as well. Once we informed the hotel of the bed bugs they refused to look at them and we are yet to get a refund from them. Terrible place never stay here.
