Starting with the bad we booked a room with a bathtub but when we arrived we were put in a different room. It would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time but the new one had a terrace so that was cool. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Truly incredible. It’s a really great location right by all the shopping and major sights you want to see. If we go back to Rome I think we would stay here again.

We made a reservation at Hotel Mozart at the last minute. The employees were very friendly and you quickly found a solution to the slightest problem. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good and the beds were comfortable. It also has a restaurant with a beautiful view. The only problem I could say was the shower part, but the bathroom was also clean. Also it is in center, easy to reach everywhere.

Loved this hotel and everything about it. We had a fabulous room in an annex building with a huge private terrace and a connecting room for the kids. Staff so friendly and the location is a dream!

Overall okay, but unfortunately, would not recommend (2.5/5). Excellent location - in the heart of things, but quiet and not too touristy. Room decor/setup is reasonably good. However, basic issues you wouldn’t expect. AC was weak leaving the room quite hot at night in the middle of Rome’s summer. (Centrally controlled thermostat - room temp wasn’t lowered despite several requests on two nights.) We didn’t receive a refill of basic supplies like body wash, even when requested (and the request was, oddly, received quite poorly). Etc.
