An okay hotel. Definitely overpriced but as we were there during day of the dead and formula 1 I think everywhere was overpriced. Staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. The room however was nice and cleaned every day. Good small gym too. The food isn’t great. The location also isn’t the best. But Uber is cheap here so not a major issue.

Good rooms and clean. Indoor parking which is super nice. They also had breakfast in the morning. Hotel is kinda in a bad area ...but hey "it's Mexico city" .

An amazing hotel if you're looking for practicality. I had to make a quick trip to Mexico for business and this hotel couldn't be better positioned. It's 5 minutes from a bus terminal, five minutes from one of the main metro stations and it has a bus route in front. You just need to wake up, travel and return without worries. The room was very comfortable, with soft beds and strong showers with cold and hot water. The location is very calm and I felt safe, even arriving late. One thing I will mention is that in the room where I stayed (I think it's the same for everyone) there was no air conditioner. After checking their site I saw that, indeed, they don't say they have it but It took me by surprise because I take them for granted, especially as I like to walk around a lot when I travel. Luckily the staff got me a ventilator and did everything to make my stay more comfortable so it's not something to blame them for. Just be aware of it All in all, if you're doing a quick or practical trip to Mexico City this hotel is great. Fully recommended.

We booked last minute at the reception in the middle of the night and the staff was very helpful. Room was quite good and comfortable, with a large bathroom and hot shower. Downsides: Lack of power outlets (except one in the bathroom). Breakfast choice was limited and served by the staff (even bread slices, that could not be toasted) which made it slow and less relaxed. Other than that, it's good if you need something relatively close to ADO station
