The hotel is located close to a JR station Omori and so you are accessible to most places in Tokyo although it takes you a longer time as it is not near to the usual tourist places. The room is spacious for a Japanese hotel although amenities can be better. I have allergic rhinitis and so my nose was blocked the first morning. Thankfully, they did a better job of vacuuming the carpet and I felt much better. Rooms can be improved as 2 things were not working as well - you can hear the sound of water from the toilet and my room card does not automatically turn on and off the lights in the room. Thankfully those 2 things did not bother me and I was able to sleep well in the room. Buffet breakfast is quite good. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of organic kale juice.

The cleaners clean the rooms every morning, but they only clean the floors from small trash, change the sheets and towels. If you have a lot of your own trash, you can leave it outside the room and they will take it away as well. The rooms are really dusty. It's worth checking under the bed and back for dust. In our original room one of the walls was really dirty. We asked them for another room and they changed us to a new room without any problems. Bathroom was very clean and spacious enough. The reception staff was very good and welcoming. The restaurant inside the hotel closed quite early which is why we always slept throught it.

All the staff were helpful and kind. A short walk from the train station, convenience stores close by. Breakfast was ok. Good enough to start the day. If you like to sleep past 7am, I would ask/book for a higher floor room. We were on the 3rd floor and you can hear the scraping of seats from the restaurant below.

The bathroom smells when we check in, Ithe air vent needs fixing. The room smell come from the bathroom it seems. It's decent for a short stay cause it's near the station and convenience store, see some restaurant around too. Also I am not sure but it seems it's not comment here in Japan to get complimentary drinks at least bottles of mineral water in the room.
