The rooms are so hot, it was almost unbearable because you can’t change the setting to cool when it’s winter, even though it was 70 degrees outside during my stay a few weeks ago. Not many restaurants nearby, so your options are limited. Parking lot is tiny so you’ll have to walk about 5 minutes to the other parking lot. Rooms are not super clean imo but does the job for a basic stay. No power sockets near the bed at all. It’s 2023/2024 already for goodness sake. Also, no toothbrush which should have been stated upon booking and not during check-in. You’ll find a better hotel for the same price elsewhere no doubt.

We were greeted by the front desk lady with a great smile (Sunday afternoon approx. 4 pm on 23rd July 2023) and she mentioned that she'd upgraded our room to level 7 (top floor). Room was very spacious (1 double & 1 single) facing the city of JeJu. View during the day was GREEN and at night was completely different (full of colours). This hotel is located around mid/high side of the mountain so there are no shops and no public transportations. We've rented a Hyundai Grandeur so we had no issue driving out for 10 minutes to find shops and restaurants. Onsite restaurant wasn't too bad but no enough varieties and little costly side. Room services was great. If you are going to have a break from the City Life, this is the place you should be going. Travel during the day and rest during the night with a cup of coffee/tea. I would recommend this hotel for your next trip. NOTE: there are no other facilities other than the gym, 1 restaurant/coffee maker, 1 24hour convivences store.
