A lovely traditional hotel with large wooden balconies, a shady courtyard and a roof terrace. Rooms are well equipped (fridge & kettle) and very clean. Good value too. I would stay again. Note, there is no lift but a man kindly lugged my suitcase up to the 4th floor for me. Thank you. .

This hotel has one of the best views of the city. I was completely amazed. My room was huge and very clean. The staff cannot speak much English so it can be a small problem.

Great location for visitors, nice interior patio, but terrible hotel staff and also very old cracking hotel building that more looks like a cheap hostel. The staff is rude and they talk to you like if you were a drunk homeless person on the street. Very soviet style where a customer was treated like an enemy and a distraction. The rooms are not cleaned every day, does not matter how many days you stay. Also, the restaurant downstairs offers terrible overpriced food.

Ideal location with a great view of Tbilisi. Easy to walk around. I stayed here several times in 2022. Very helpful staffs even they’re not fluent in speaking English. Clean and comfortable rooms. The room decorations is simple but nice. From their balcony, you can see the Queen’s Balcony and share a similar view of Tbilisi. They didn’t provide breakfast during my stay (possibly covid time) but it’s understandable.
