you ask if they have an aspirin for the headache and they call you a doctor (absolutely unsolicited) who I know charges 200 euros. when you explain that you lost a lot of money due to a misunderstanding they simply reply "I'm sorry". where I work we always try to accommodate the customer, even at the cost of losing our own money

Outdated room, nor even a caffe in the room instead comfortable beds. However, the area has a good choice of markets and restaurants all in a radius of 300 metres. I will go again.
