Overall experience was ok. Rooms are decent size and clean, some twin rooms are smaller than others, but still all is good. Breakfast could do a little extra (talking about the staff who just stood there and not bringing extra bread or cleaning the tables), the choice for breakfast was ok.

In a good location with comfortable well heated rooms and showers. Breakfast was very bland though but the coffee was strong and tasty.

Booked a double room but got assigned a twin room instead with no apologies or attempt to provide us with the correct room. Small but clean room. The only gripe we had was that the hot water in the shower was only lukewarm at best. Quite a nightmare in the frigid cold of ub. Location is great though- near a convenience store and also the square. If not for the lack of hot shower, the room would have been good value.

We stayed with our family in August 2022 in the hotel. For families, the business room is comfortable and spacious. We liked a lot the room and the location of the hotel. It is very much in the center and the main plaza in UB is reachable within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast in the 3rd floor offers a great variety of foods. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. I deduct one star for: for elderly people the location of the hotel (stairs + elevator up to the reception at the 3rd floor) is not suitable. There is no gluten-free bread at the breakfast. Apart from that I can fully recommend the H9 hotel for a stay in UB.
