The beds are not that comfortable. The doors are thin and you can hear everything from the hallways which can be a problem if you're a light sleeper. The faucets leak. The elevators are slow and some do not work properly. The staff are friendly and helpful though and the restaurant is really great. For the price it is fair and I would consider staying again.

Good hotel for a reasonable price. Quite a distance from the centre, but close to some good Italian restaurants. Room was fairly basic, but comfortable

Good: front desk service is good, very friendly staffs, clean rooms, and a well-equiped gym. Breakfast buffet option is good and food quality and taste are not bad. Location is quite good and central. Good to know: the place has no heater ans is a outdated in terms of facilities, furnitures and fixtures. Only a few of the front desk staffa can speak english - nevertheless you could tell that they are learning and improving on this. What can be improved further: housekeeping quality - at some point the floor feels dusty despite after having housekeeping service. Also most hotels now offer the option to reuse towels, it would be good if new towels are only provided upon request or under certain conditions (e.g. left on the floor, etc)
