Immediately we had someone help us park as it is quite difficult in Monaco to even drive around! It was much appreciated! The counter staff were friendly and courteous. They helped us find interesting things to see as we were only staying for two nights. (Highly recommend getting on the "Hop on and Hop off bus" to get a quick tour of the city and wind up at the royal castle and grounds!) The workout facility was excellent. And then there was breakfast - WONDERFUL, with loads of variety! Great staff and bar staff in the restaurant as well. Even the maid service was friendly and a pleasure to speak to. Unfortunately, we stayed in the off season so we could not enjoy that lovely pool. We did get to view and take pictures of the garden and outdoor lounge and bar area which I am sure would be a lot of fun to hang around and wind down at.

Lovely hotel, I arrived early and my room was already available for me. Dropped off my bags and went straight out to explore. With the hotel being just a 5 minute walk from the marina and the casino it was so easy to get around. Lovely stay and would definitely go again

I want to say that I recommend this hotel. The reception staff are all 5-star. The bar staff is the best there can be. It's very well located and I recommend the rooms are very clean and the staff is all very good. I recommend 5 stars to people who deserve success because they are very professional.

The best thing for me was the lost and found collection service after check-out. I left my power bank in the room, and even before I realised it I receved an email with a picture of the object to say if I wanted to collect or discard. I chose to collect it and the entire service was great and smooth. Loved the proactiveness and care of the hotel on this aspect. Thank you! The hotel and location are nice. But I really don't like the bathroom/toilette split in the rooms. I don't understand what's the benefit of splitting like this, there is no washing hands on the same division of the sanitary...and that's where you need it. The TV was not working. Everything else was quite good.

Overall a really good experience. Nice reception area with small independent reception desks, instead of one big formal counter. you can look downstairs from the lobby to the restaurant, bar and pool. I enjoyed the sauna which is part of the gym area. room was tidy and big. the smart tv connected well to my phone so i could watch Youtube videos. breakfast was good. i liked the selection of hot plant-based drinks at one of the coffee machines. Flaws: -a clear identification of all the breakfast stuff which is vegan would be very helpful. - and more vegan dishes like vegan pancakes, cakes etc. I ordered slippers at the reception which never were delivered to the room though, like promised -the pool is too shallow at one end to properly swim. - the changing room and shower of the gym was not tidy when i got there in the evening. more regular check-ups please
