I booked it though Agoda app. And the picture looks great but when you reach there it nothing like the picture at all! And at night the hotel looks haunted! No lift, wi-fi bad connection! The bed in the room looks very dirty like it has not been clean. If l am allowed to rate it 0 star l will! But I got nothing against the front desk lady, she is a good person. but the condition in this hotel sucks!

This is not a hotel, these are scam women! They said there is no credit card payment for Crete, pay in cash and give a deposit of 50 ringgit. This is the room they gave us, this is the stable! There is no safety for your life, the door is broken and there are different types. When we saw the room, we left immediately and they took money from our card. If we had paid in cash, I think they would deduct money from your card after you leave the hotel. We sent the photos to booking and oyo and they did not help either. Fraudulent companies, no customer satisfaction!

Seriously if you're about to spend RM50 for a place to sleeo in, just fuel up you car and sleep in it if there's no more choice. Don't ever book this one. The worst room I've ever stepped in. Please lah don't be fooled by the pictures shown. It's NOTHING like that at all! How I wish I've had taken some pictures to show. The saddest part is that I actually brought my wife and my 6 years old son. They sat in there thinking I had the audacity to make them sleep in that place. No! Checked out immediately. Didn't mind I've lost RM58 that day.

Worst hotel ever! Please do not bring your family here. There is no lift. Location from the lobby to the room is very far and you have to bring all of your bags through stairs. No light at the parking space, at night it is very dark and scary. The room and toilet is very dirty and many cockroaches, very smelly as well. The air cond is very old and hot. My son is crying because the room is too scary for him. I have cancelled after less than 1 minute entering the room. Do not get cheated with the room picture, is it totally different than the real one. There is one old man sitting in front of the lobby, very scary. Wi-Fi is slow. Total waste of money.

This place has quite the classic vibe to it. Your first impression may be that it looks old and dated. It could use with some maintenance work here and there like the water dispensers at each block. The rooms itself was fine, double bed with a large window, a spacious bathroom, a generously large closet with cabinets, AC that works. It has a classic charm to it ( fine with me👍), ample car park and motorcycle parking, location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of JB town. There is a convenience store nearby, Joe's Grocer. Considering the amount I paid for the room and the quality rest I had, im satisfied.
