Rooms were a little small but definitely doable for 2 people. Staff was friendly, kind and helped in any way. Breakfast was included everyday so that helped as well. Would recommend again!

Wonderful experience! We stayed two nights in a double room and enjoyed all the amenities including the sauna and the free tasty breakfast! Fresh rooms, clean bathrooms, and comfy beds! Skander, who works the front desk, was very patient and kind and was quite helpful with our stay in Cortina. We will be back!

Very good location and decent breakfast… BUT bedroom was: 1. Facing the front of the hotel and there is a loud bar underneath with music and literally loads of people directly outside the bedrooms drinking and socialising and often drunk and shouting in the street until 2.30pm making sleep before that impossible. 2 . Dirty - with previous guest’s underwear and clothes found under our our bed and mould around the bath. 3 . When we arrived there was a broken wall hairdryer on the floor of the bathroom not working . The manager stuck a new one on the wall which fell off at 4.00 am in the morning waking us up - we had just fallen asleep after the noise from the bar below had finally stopped. 4. Bedroom blinds were broken - manager said the previous guests had not complained and he could not do anything until the following day. 5. On two consecutive evenings there was no hot water. 6. The toilet did not flush properly. There is no proper lounge area and the hotel is really very run down and certainly front facing rooms should be avoided unless you are willing to sleep with earplugs.
