Mixed feelings about this hotel. Positives: - The room was clean and tidy, comfy bed, bathroom looks great. - Kettle with tea and coffee in the room. - Great location. - Staff are helpful and polite. Negatives: - Very limited breakfast, this was the biggest disappointment. You only get 1 hot drink (the coffee machine is in a separate room you can't enter). No fresh vegetables/salad or fruit (only canned fruit mix). Nothing hot like scrambled eggs. - A/C doesn't work.

For the price and location it's excellent. The decoration and space are ✨️a vibe✨️. Could make a great movie there. The breakfast is very good, we can eat whatever we want and there are delicious foods. All the staff we encountered were amazingly friendly. The maintenance in the rooms and hallways could use some improvement. The entrance is beautiful and smells amazing.

The room was relatively small. The cleaning could be better. We had breakfast included but not worth the extra price. Low variety of foods that tasted just okay The staff were super nice. 🤘 Location amazing, very close to the subway and the galeries.

I had a bad experience in this hotel, first if you are arriving with taxi you will not be able to stop in front of the hotel, plus i came to the hotel and i was in hurry i enterred with my baggage and asked for change of 50euro and i am telling them that I will check in and pay and they refused even without asking me about my name or even asking me to wait until validating my data they were extremely unwelcoming although it supposed to be receptionists at an hotel. They were 2x receptionist and were dealing with one customer. they asked me to go out and search for change outside to pay my taxi. Overall very small hotel and lobbies and elevator, i entered to room for shower, the shower wasn't working good, water sometimes go very cold and very hot instantly. It was not comfy.
