Hard to call this a 4-star hotel in my book but it was clean and the bed comfortable and our air conditioner worked. Wifi never worked in our room, shower was not good (terrible water pressure). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Amazing location. Close to the train station and easy walk to all the sites. Stayed in a single room. It was small but had everything you need, including air con. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Well, if this is 4 star hotel I'd hate to stay in anything lower (and the star rating affects how much you pay in nightly city tax too - more stars more tax, so I think this is €7 per night per person). It was cheapish, so we expected pretty basic and that's ok as long as its clean and functional. The first room we were given, the air con was broken. It took several attempts and two employees doing completely different settings on the gauge, before they were convinced. Should say it was also worryingly difficult to pull closed the door too and even though it looked locked it wasn't. We were then moved to another room with working air con But the compromise was a very loud regularly occuring noise due to some nearby hotel machinery. I don't sleep well normally and my husband sleeps through anything so we figured we could endure the noise more than the heat. Just wasn't a good experience in that respect and we also noticed someone who had been in the room next to us moving too, so something was wrong with another room. Can see both these issues are themes in other reviews too so obviously a repeat issue that should have been fixed. Positives. Breakfast selection was great and tasty. Location is good for the station and restaurants etc. (But can be noisy but that's just a fact if you want to be near stuff.) Room was clean and fridge worked.
