The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. That was important since it was our first trip to Paris. Overall we had a very nice experience. The hotel is in a wonderful location and our room, #601, was very comfortable and welcoming. The only blip occurred our first day when our room was not cleaned. It may have partially been our fault as we did not leave the "clean room" card out; we thought that was not necessary because we were informed at the front desk to leave our key when we left so the staff would know when we were gone for cleaning purposes. The second day it was not cleaned until after 4 pm when we wanted to rest prior to dinner. After that it was cleaned earlier. Overall a very positive experience.

Hotel Paradis was the perfect place for our Paris vacation. The price cannot be beat considering this is an extremely clean, full-service hotel. The staff was super super friendly. The hotel very clean and inviting. I felt very safe! The area was perfect. The room was small, but not too small. Very acceptable by Paris standards. My only complaint is the walls are very thin - one night a neighbor knocked and asked us to quiet down. We could if anyone was in the hallway, but generally nobody was walking by as there were only 2 rooms in our hallway. The hotel layout is good for that reason. It's generally quiet, if we had a noisy neighbor it could have been very problematic. Overall a lovely stay and will definitely return!

Lovely team and a great spot in Paris. Close to a few metro stops so it's easy to get around by train, but a lot of the cool stuff is walkable from the hotel as well! Super friendly team, always greeted with a smile. Room was clean, but the bathroom ceiling was so low my husband couldn't actually stand up straight. Access to level 7 is really awkward navigating a narrow and low ceiling staircase (see picture). The lift does take you to level 6 though. Lower floors might not have this issue, and if we didn't have the room height problem I'd have given 4 stars. If you book this hotel, request a room not on level 7 and you might have a more comfortable stay. If you're not particularly tall, then a perk of being up the top is that from level 7 you do get a peek of the Eiffel Tower which was pretty awesome
