The room was very small, and unfortunately, the lift was out of order when I stayed, and I dropped my luggage down the stairs and also nearly fell down the stairs. Having said that, I would stay again. The service was fantastic, and they went over and above the mark. The location was great for food, but so far away from tourist spots.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. The rooms are no thrills, but it checked the big boxes (wifi, AC, soft bed, quiet street). Biggest complaint is that the AC was noisy even when it wasn't running. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the metro. The service we received was outstanding. They went out of their way to make us an early breakout during checkout and set up our taxi to ORLY.

Great location but felt scammed. I try to avoid bad reviews but think this could be helpful for others Was told elevator was going to be fixed “tomorrow” first day we came in and that i could get complimentary service. Elevator was broken for the wntore stay and see reviews saying its been broken for months, had to drag luggage up 5 flights. Things break which is fine but feel misled if its been broken for months and advertised as working. Free breakfast turns out to not be free. Found out halfway through my stay. Asked front deal about what he said and he pretended like it never happened. Cleaning staff and kitchen staff super friendly. Front desk staff not good. Not as clean as you’d imagine but its a 3 star so didn’t expect a ton.
