I’ll start with the worst thing. The day before the end of my 5 day stay I had some laundry picked up at 9 am (9:45 cut off). When I returned at 10 pm it wasn’t in my room. I called downstairs. They eventually brought it up to my room but it wasn’t done. They apologised and said they missed it. So I have to go to business meetings for the next two days with dirty clothes. When I checked out they wrote off 8 euro for some M&Ms and a granola bar. I’m not sure if this was meant as a gesture about the laundry. They didn’t say. And didn’t apologise. Surprising all around given that I work at a large corporate client. Don’t stay on a low floor in a front facing room during rugby World Cup! Most nights were fine. But Saturday night there were people outside the pub downstairs being quite loud until 6 am! Otherwise; the room was decent. Clean. Good size. Comfortable. Good location right next to the metro and within walking distance of many bars, restaurants etc.

Main positive is location, although even on 4th floor the street can be very noisy through the night. Service was good. Nice breakfast. But extremely expensive for the quality of the rooms and building in general.

Do not stay here. I do not understand how they are rated 4 stars. They had construction on 3 floors during our stay. At check in they told us we would need to leave our room after the first day for a few hours until they put us in a new room because of the renovations. Unacceptable especially for us traveling with a small child. To top it off, elevators are small and one was out of service for half of our 3 day stay. Plenty of other hotels within this area, stay somewhere else.

Immaculate is the word for this hotel. This hotel is in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere. There are so many restaurants and stores near as well. You cannot go wrong with this beautiful hotel. Metro is directly in front of hotel. The staff was really kind and courteous. It was my 50th birthday and the comfort I felt was amazing. We will be back soon. Do not believe the negatives said about this hotel. We did not experience anything bad. Simply amazing!
