We had a fantastic stay here, we were close to the train station and there are tram stops a short walk away to get around the city. There is a corner shop near the hotel which will have everything you need like water, alcohal , snacks and breakfast items. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly however we would particularly like to call out Salim for being very accomodating and caring. It felt like we were at home!

Wonderful find . The staff were very friendly. The setting is great with lovely jazz music in the background rather than the piped music you normally get . It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere.The rooms impeccably clean the walk in to town was quick . Right near the tram and other services.

Great little hotel, very cozy and cool decor of famous jazz musicians. All the staff are extremely helpful and very nice! Great location, out of the busy centre but very close to a tram stop... Upon check in, I received an email from the hotel to complete a satisfaction survey. I remarked that everything was great but the room would be better if there was a small fridge available, especially in the summer heat... I returned the next day to find a small fridge in my room! I have to say, that is exceptional customer service which prompted me to write this review. Awesome place to stay, highly recommend!
