Location is more or less OK. It is located from the back of Termini station in a dirty street next to some Chinese restaurant. As you enter the building you are welcomed by dirt everywhere. There is horrible old lift and you wait for ages to get to 5th floor. As you enter the reception area look more or less okeish and staff is quite friendly. Rooms are the biggest disappointment what I have had in a long time. We have been staying during the weekend (WED till SUN) and price was 135€ per night. This hotel deserves maximum 70€ per night. So I do not recommend this hotel at all. Try to avoid it.

Horrible experience, not worth it even for one night. We were given a tiny room marked as PRIVATE (no number) ON ANOTHER FLOOR. Disgusting, leaking(!) bathroom with a moldy shower.

Just go into this booking with your expectations managed. If u need more than a one night stay like I did, spend the extra bucks somewhere else. Bed was floppy/flimsy, room smelled like a drunk uncle (you know the one, a mix between liquor and cigarettes), no climate control, and the bathroom was dirty. The shower stall was very moldy. Again, maybe good enough for a really short stay but if you want comfort and cleanliness, go elsewhere.

I don't recommend this hotel. If someone is looking for a comfortable place to stay, go look for something else. Shower is awful, it's like you are peeing in the shower because the bathroom is so small. Bed is horrible, we had to sleep in horizontal position instead of sleeping normally because bed was broken. I wouldn't say the room was THAT clean. It's also loud, it can be hard to sleep. The ONLY good thing is the location. If you don't care about the things mentioned above and you are looking for a good location - this place could be for you. It's easy to reach the main Termini station, supermarket, bars, city center, literally, everything is close and easy to reach. However, I didn't really enjoy the stay at this hotel.
