Hotel is near Champ Elysees Staff pleasant greeting and helpful Hotel room small but comfortable bed . Breakfast need improvement I would recommend this hotel

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Biggest crooks! The owner is simply a crook, no other way of putting it. We mistakenly broke the toilet seat cover (probably was already broken) and she demanded we pay $1300 to replace. Research and it something that cost $60. After we offered to pay a reasonable price of $300 ( which they went ahead and charged my Amex) she wouldn’t let us check out without paying an additional $1000; to the point that we had to call the cops to be able to check out and make our flight. Apart for the fact that they tried to hustle us, the rooms are tiny, could not set the AC lower than 21c; breakfast is a joke! And don’t drink the water anymore in the room, they will charge you $10 a bottle. Horrible experience! Ruined my stay in Paris.

Definitely NOT recommended. Seems like the hotel is already trying to charge every customer additional they can. It’s fraud taking the deposit of 200 EUR, after checking out , even if everything was perfectly well, nothing broken or something. While booking it was asked we want the room with Balcony ! And when we were there, we were given a room without balcony. Only when we checked out we were informed that there is smelling, which is not true. First you should keep track of the bookings, maybe some additional wishes are urgent or necessary. If you can provide, you shouldnt just claim something and charge of total deposit for it. It is FRAUD.

‏The hotel is located near iconic tourist attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. I stayed at the hotel, and my experience was truly excellent. I enjoyed the fantastic and friendly service provided by the hotel staff. The central location of the hotel makes it easy to access all major tourist sites. I would like to express my special thanks to the staff member, Wajdi, for his warm welcome and exceptional service. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

I would Not stay at this hotel…they booked my room wrong under the booking account and only had me down for the day I arrived. They charged me a night from the previous week that o didn’t not book. The hotel charged me twice for my room. Refused to give me a refund. I had to move after one night with my daughter and four pieces of luggage down the street. They were rude and the service service was horrible. The rooms are really really small. I had no air-conditioning throughout the night was miserable. When I went to the front desk they told me I had a Dyson fan in my room that should work- I highly do not recommend this hotel.
