We stayed here for 6 nights in total, we were scared when we saw the comments here before coming. But the hotel is very clean, the location is within walking distance of the center. The hotel is quiet and have a balcony. Although we did not choose breakfast, the hotel gave us free tea, coffee, bread, cake, muesli etc. The rooms were cleaned every day. reception staff are friendly. I couldn't have expected a better room. thanks a lot 🙏

We reserved on booking.com and chose paying in the hotel on arrival as payment method. The booking was confirmed to us by booking.com. On arrival we were told that our booking was canceled because we didn't pay prior. We showed the reservation email but the lady at the front desk just didn' care. Oh by the way, on our arrival she didn't even took care of us. Just pointed on her headphones and stared in her computer screen without saying anything. We stood there for almost 5 minutes without being noticed further. The she took our passport an typed for another few minutes without saying a word. No 'Hello', no 'just a second', no apologies. Unfriendly as hell. Better choose a different location!

The rooms were kinda dirty , I found some hair on the sheets , trash bin in the toilet had already some papers there which is unacceptable!! The staff couldn’t speak English at all but that was okay for me , but the guy in reception with the pony tail in the morning shift was rude and not friendly at all! I would not recommend this hotel , not at all !

Great location and price. There is water and candy at the reception. The room has a frying pan (one), two pots, plates and mugs. Comfortable bed, tv, spacious room. Many sockets. In the bathroom there were disposable soaps and small shampoo (like a sample in a magazine). two towels per guest • There is was an old frying pen. NO WI-fi in the room (only on the first floor near the reception). There is no air conditioning in the room. The cleaning was poor, when we checked in there was hair on the bed and the floor was not clean. The trash can does not open when the button is pressed. Only one burner on the stove works well. The hotel has strict rules: you must pay 40 euros (if you have a 50 euro bill, you must give 50, but they will give you a receipt for this) a deposit for the damage in the room (in case if you will damage them), a key, a minibar and laundry. The room does not have a minibar if any case. You must wash the dishes and kitchen before leaving, otherwise there will be a fine of 500 CZK. There is no tea, sugar, salt or cooking oil in the kitchen.
