Older rooms, but cozy and clean. Bathhouse access is included and was an amazing way to wake up. Bus stop for the airport shuttle is literally right outside. Staff were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The view from my room type is very bad. Upper grades have avenue view which should be much better. The location is super convenient. Very easy access to anywhere. You can go to Sapporo station using underground passage. The bus stop from/to the Chitose airport is just in front of the hotel and the front desk sells tickets. The Nissan RentACar is a minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is OK. Nothing unique. If you are looking for fresh sashimi or fancy seafood, none is available at here. The public bath is clean and cozy. BUT I was so surprised that I saw 2 people (at different timing) with Irezumi (tatoos) which is prohibit in public bath. If you stay more than 1 night, the hotel cleans the room only after 4 days. AND it is surprising that they charge 1,500JPY if you request a cleaning. Towels can be replaced everyday if you put them in a bag and hang it on the door handle outside.. oh my my... It is still Covid era and the cleanliness/the safety is not this hotel's priority I guess.

Upper mid range hotel with a nice onsen. Great location and reliable, clean rooms. There is an airport limousine bus stop right outside and it's close to many amazing restaurants. Solid choice.
