Absolutely fantastic service. The staff were so incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Location is perfect and the room was lovely and clean. I overheard housekeeping knocking on another door and the way she spoke was so polite and friendly we will definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is in a Greta spot moments walks from the park and local shops. The rooms are clean and tidy with very comfy beds. We didn't have the breakfast but it smelt amazing. The jacuzzi bath was.... Wonderful if you're staying for more than 1 night get the room with the jacuzzi and unwind with a bottle with your partner. Friendly staff and would stay again!

A 4-star hotel typically means that the service is above standard, but that's not the case with this hotel. The hotel is showing its age, which is understandable. When I first arrived, the room wasn't sufficiently cleaned, but this is not a 5-star hotel, so I didn't expect perfection. The location is nice, and the service at the reception is good. I stayed for three nights. The room was cleaned on the first night. On the second day, the room wasn't cleaned, and I had to ask them to clean it, and they did a minimum job. To my disappointment, on the third night, I returned to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Very disappointed.
