Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet is great, but I'm only giving it two stars as the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. There wasn't a proper matress, it was a thin piece of foam on top of the box springs, I wouldn't recommend for that reason, unless you like sleeping on a plank of wood! It's also at least a 15-20min walk from any of the stations.

Local was not bad but not in downtown. I walked for about 10 minutes from Sapporo station. It's buffet breakfast was good with lots of choice given this grade of hotel.

A little far from the city centre but nice and quiet. Easy access from Sapporo station. Buffet style breakie.

There are some people who are complaining about the location, but weren't they aware of the location when they booked and stayed? If you are dissatisfied, just don't make a reservation. I have no complaints at all regarding my stay. The front desk staff is also very kind. The age of the equipment is not a problem. The breakfast is delicious and the staff's response is very good. As the cost of lodging in Sapporo continues to rise, I hope they will continue to stay within this price range. I support you.
