This hotel is one of the reasons Dubrovnik has my heart!! the staff looked after us so well, and I honestly cannot wait to return. Because of this hotel, I understand why people return back to the same holiday destination every year. The entire hotel was so clean and tidy, so many pools to choose from and as you can use the amenities from all Royal hotels beside each other, it feels like one huge resort. Thank you to all the staff

So much to do and places to relax. Even more just a short beautiful walk and a bus stop with buses every 15 minutes to get into town. The rooms and the staff have been great, lots of choice at breakfast. A few minor niggles, such as we reported a broken light that didn't get fixed, some of the hot breakfast wasn't kept warm enough and they often took my knife and fork from my table before I'd finished with them. But none of that really impacted how much I enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing experience at the Royal Neptun Hotel. We stayed at this hotel for two nights of our honeymoon. Our room was large and comfortable with a view of the water. We very much enjoyed the large breakfast buffet that was also complimentary and enjoyed the on-site spa. The hotel was a short uber ride or bus ride to old town. Would we definitely recommend and would return.

The rooms are nice and cozy, very clean, and have a wonderful view of the ocean. The price is amazing for the accommodations for an amazing trip. The hotel is within walking distance of everything and has a very functional design. The hotel chain and location also includes amazing restaurants, spas, beautiful and clean pools, bars, and wonderful spots to jump right into the ocean or lay by the sea. The food and drinks are beyond amazing and the hotel is also in walking distance of other shops, food and drink places, and beaches. It was a wonderful experience staying at the hotel.

Such an amazing hotel! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and the sea view balcony is breath taking. I love that you get your own dressing gown and slippers. Being able to use all the hotels is amazing giving you many options of pools and bars. Our favourite was the pool at 'The bar'. And then 'On the rocks' for drinks as it had the biggest selection. The food is a little pricey and limited mainly the same across all 5 but there is a couple of resturants just 5 minutes away that had lovely food. Old town is only a short bus ride away of 2 euro each way p/p. This gets super crowded prepare to get squished. If you are looking for a holiday to get away from all the noise and relax this is the place to be. I would most definitely come back here again.
