While the room was very big, the space was not well used. The bathroom was tiny. The furniture is of very low quality and uncomfortable. The room was extremely dirty and dusty. The location is ok but not a plus. The staff was friendly and they offer a free breakfast, which is nice.

Amazing rooms (with a small stove and kitchen supplies) and and overall great structure of the building. As a tall couple, my husband and I always rented a twin room in Japan as the couple's beds are usually too small for us. The location it was perfect, just walking distance from Namba station and the city center. Only downside for me is that it is not possible to store your lugagge if you arrive too early or leave a bit later. Breakfast was very standard, with very few options, but it was enough to get the day started. There is a 7/11 right at the front, so I could always get something extra if I needed. Overall, great cost/benefit!
