VOD on TV doesn't respond well and it's hard to get to where you want to go. When I tried to extend it, I was told that it would not be possible because of maintenance. I wish you would have told me that in advance. The website says that if you become a member, you will receive two free amenities, but there is currently no such service. Wired music from other rooms is too loud. I can't say that the reception staff's response is good either. I will never use it again.

I left behind a plastic shopping bag full of souvenirs worth 200,000 won. I called the hotel in the afternoon on the day of check-out, but was told that they were not there because cleaning was finished. It was clearly a lost item, but the hotel threw it away. Trash hotel.. never go there
