We had a lovely experience here! The rooms are basic, but very comfortable (we stayed in the double with shared bathroom). There are shared toilets and shower on each floor, quite clean and nice water pressure. For hikers this hotel will seem quite luxurious, for those used to hotels only it’s got the flavor of a mountain hut while still having all amenities to keep you comfortable. The staff was very nice and food was good! Gorgeous views of the Matterhorn.

This review is just for the restaurant. The views from the terrace are amazing, food was good and tasty, service was ok (there were no knives nor napkins on the table, and they did not bring them with the food, so I had to go look for them; the waiter came to remove the plates before we were finished, even though there were empty tables and no one waiting to be seated; they asked if we wanted the bill even before we asked for coffee).

The location is really REALLY nice. The food is ok but if your a fan a good breakfast it isn't for you. There is no outlet next to bed wich isn't that great eather. If you care just about the location and the view, it is the right hotel for you, beacuse the hotel is bit dated. For the price it isn't that good but if you compare with other hotels around it is a great deal.
