My friends and I stayed at the Serena Hotel based on a recommendation, and it lived up to our expectations. The buffet breakfast was extensive, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The food was typical, delicious, and of high quality. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay which exceeded our expectations. We chose Serena as it was a bit cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area but still looked nice. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised from the outset, arriving to plenty of parking opposite the attractive frontage. Check-in was a nice experience from a friendly member of staff, who was happy to check us in early. After we got to our room, we heard a knock on the door and that same member of staff had brought us a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a happy anniversary card as we mentioned it was our anniversary stay - very sweet of her/the hotel. The room was spacious, had a great view down the valley from the balcony and offered everything we needed. You could say that the bathroom is due a bit of a refresh and upgrade, but it was perfectly clean and usable and as you'd expect from an old mountain property - no qualms there but some might be fussy. Breakfast was good every day, plenty of choice and was varied daily to keep things interesting. Very happy with our stay as a base for hiking in the area - would return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality.The location is a dream for any mountain enthusiast. Loved the traditional room with the spectacular view. The breakfast was an absolute pleasure. The location of the hotel was the best part as there is a private parking and you could walk to the center of the town. I will visit it again for sure!!

Very disappointed with the hotel. If they sorted the food out with a new chef and changed the waiters. The hotel would be a 5 star. Even re training the staff. Not much information available about bus times and events in cortina. Such a shame. Because the hotel is losing guests returning. Our group of 11 won’t be returning to hotel serena. We will return to cortina but I’m afraid this hotel is off our list. Sorry.

Cute hotel with a decent sized parking. The hotel is old but the room and toilet was very clean which is our basic requirement since we will be out all day and it’s for us to just sleep at night. Special shout out to the receptionist Margherita was very friendly and accommodating . She offered to recommend restaurants that were walking distance. She was there during breakfast at 7:30am, and still at the reception at 8pm. She was kind enough to pack breakfast for us and left it at the reception with my name on it as we want to head out to Lake Di Braise early. The only complain about the hotel would be the coffee machine at breakfast. The machine is so slow it always generates a really long line. It even broke down half way on our first day, and the reception had to make coffee from the bar at the reception while the machine was getting sorted.
