We spent 2 weeks in this lovely hotel in September 2022. We had an amazing time. The hotel staff is exceptional, they are very helpful, extremely attentive, smiley and they do make your experience very special. Svetlana spent her time talking to each guest every day, offering help with any experiences you would like to try, gave many recommendations and information on anything you would need to visit or try. The kitchen staff was always smiley and friendly, the food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner included. The waiters, they greeted us with a smile every time, they were very very attentive and at the evenings they were very entertaining too. There is entertainment in several times in the evenings but even when there isn’t they would make it fun for you and dance and pull you to dance, very entertaining bunch of people. The chef and bar manager is always around and greet you with a smile every time. The rooms were nice and clean, and you are always left a little surprise on your bed. The location and view is excellent, the infinity pool also has amazing view, you can spend ages there admiring the view. We had a truly amazing time which was mainly down to the amazing staff. They definitely set very high standards for our holiday this year in their sister hotel - Sertil Royal Forest hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel and I will come back again in the future!

Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is buffet style with so much to choose from it's hard to choose, from omelette station to pure honeycomb still in the frame. Stunning views from the hotel down onto Oludeniz, we were lucky enough to go in October when the hotel was not full so we enjoyed peace and quiet. The location means you get a great breeze during the day which helps, the only downside would be access, but taxis are really cheap, there is a local bus service but it's a steep hill to walk up and down, worth every penny we paid.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They scan people. They two properties, one is Sertil Deluxe right next to the other one which is Tropical Suits. We made a reservation for Ocean view room at Sertil Deluxe, and once we receive the room we found the bathroom was a disaster.. the shower was flooded and dirty, toilet was not flushing properly, one of the faucet was broken so there was water all over the bathroom. There was a terrible smell in there bathroom and in the balcony as well. We made a maintenance request at least three times until finally someone fixed only the shower issue. And the WiFi was awful. When trying to connect over and over to the WiFi we realized it was trying to connect to a network called Tropical suites. We search in the internet and realized we were checked into one of the Tropical rooms instead of Sertil. THEY CHARGED US FOR A 4-START HOTEL AND PLACED US IN A CHEAP AND NASTY HOTEL. The price for Tropical suites was not even half of what we paid for Sertil. When talking to management, they accepted they put us in the other hotel but refused to give us back any money even after all the convenience. Horrible stay, SCAMMERS!!

We spended our vacation in Sertil Deluxe Hotel 3 days ago with my friend. We were planning to relax and chill, but it didn't actually happen. When I first tried to take a shower, I realized that there was no hot water. I tried to call the reception but also not the room's telephone was working 😕 I called the receptionist from my own telephone and tried to ask for the hot water problem to be solved. At first, they did nothing. I had to call a second time for a technician to come. The technician came after 1 hour and also didn't manage to solve the problem. I asked politely for a solution, but I did not receive any help. I had to visit the reception twice to ask for a room change. They told me that the other day would be fixed but unfortunately the other day I faced the same situation. We were not able to relax in our holidays. They also did nothing for the room's telephone, which was out of service. I liked the location, the food, the seaview and the fact that it is a quiet place.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. We had an amazing time! The rooms are clean, nice and well equipped. Leisure area is also great with a pool perfect for the warm weather. Wonderful sea view. The best part was the food. The buffet was impressive, a big selection of Turkish dishes, one more delicious than the other. Staff is great, always making sure you are served with drinks. Reception staff also very helpful and friendly.
