We booked the hotel for 4 nights with hundred percent advance payment. The hotel wifi service was down during the entire stay. The Food ordered was good & service was excellent. Breakfast served was below average. The pictures of the room & hotel on the website are totally misleading, it’s not even close to it. The staff was very cooperative & polite. The hotel manager went out of the way to upgrade our room but still the stay was very uncomfortable. Hotel not recommended for a comfortable stay

A beautiful palace converted to hotel. It’s tucked away from the busy streets. The staff is extremely friendly helpful and polite. The breakfast had a large variety of food. Definitely will stay again.

It is an old world elegance, this is what the management says. The palace is turned into a luxury hotel by one of the owners. This palace was constructed by the mighty Ranas of Nepal. The building was renovated to suit the needs of a hotel. In front of the hotel there is a huge park and a swimming pool. The rooms are well furnished and very nice. Since it was a palace, the size of the rooms couldn't be increased. As a result bath room is not big. Also because of this reason there is no outside view. Food is good but it is not of local taste. Some of the cuisines are really tasty. Staff is courteous and helpful. Tariff is not very high. Location is absolutely amazing. .
