Hotel Six Seasons

Reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms, somewhat let down by a few issues. Firstly, the rooms are clean, comfortable with a simple modern design. Everything in our rooms (we had to change rooms) was in good condition; a nice contrast to the somewhat run down rooms in Furama, Bukit Bintang. Our second room had no window, but that was okay for us. Actually better than our first room with a window, since it had half a dozen or so air conditioning units directly outside making quite a bit of noise. The mattresses were okay, though not great. I did find the walls somewhat thin and had to put up with loud talking/shouting from the neighbouring room late at night. This hotel has no car park but there is parking on the street right out front. I’ve read it can be difficult to park during busy times, but we had no issues when we arrived late at night. Service could definitely be improved. I had originally booked a one night stay but decided to travel to KL a day earlier. I called the hotel to extend my booking and was told I would be able to stay in the same room for the two days. Upon arrival in the evening, I was again told I would be able to stay but would need to call down to reception in the morning. Come the morning, I was told it would not be possible and I would have to change rooms. I understand I changed my booking late, so was prepared to have to change rooms if necessary. But then I should have been told from the outset. The last minute change in decision caused unnecessary stress and rushing around in the morning when we had places to be. Overall, a decent hotel. I might consider staying again if I was in the area.

Have a pleasant stay at Six Seasons Hotel. Quick process for both check in and check out. The room is clean and bright, just like what you see in the photos. Location wise is good if you’re driving, easy to get access to any place like KL city center or Sri Petaling in just 10-15 mins driving. The only drawback could be the air condition is not cool enough even though it’s already set to 16 degree celsius. Other than that, one thing I have to mention is the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, a big applause to them. Really enjoyed the stay.
