The room is dirty and there is no hot water, when I complained, the staff said they have no crew to clean the room right now and the hot water is out of order. They even don't provide water or towelrry untill you request. I am a long term gust. I will never check in there again They should refund rather than telling weak excuses

It's not ways so clean so good. Sometimes ok but other times so dirty so bad My rooms was not clean when I checked in, there is no hot water. The room have no window. All rooms are smoking rooms. So if u r not a smoker, never check in there, only good for smokers. I'm wondering, why they don't have smoking rooms and non smoking rooms If I'm the Manger, I will assign non smoking floors and smoking floors. There are many rooms categories start from eco room to executive rooms Location is very noisy because it's a busy area, but there are many jeeps, MRT and bus station.
