A Warm welcome by the owner Mr.Stefano on arrival and good customer service from the reception lady Ms.Nong.The room was clean and nice with balcony. So close to patong beach and bangla road which is in walking distance. Worth!!

room 501 (standard queen bed) . air conditioner is not working at all. told the hotel staff about this problem and informed me to wait for it to get cold. it never gets cold until next morning and i ended sleeping on the floor next to the balcony because it is hot. the bathroom is quite smelly. room is clean and has nice interior. hotel staff is good

Room was big and cheap. Staff were very nice and friendly. Feels like home. they didn't give us the complimentary bottled water in the room but when we asked the reception they gladly gave us the water. We asked the front desk around 9am to clean the room it was done by lunch time. Food in this hotel is Okay. Only problem was the internet connection. The pass code doesn't work on our floor, We had to connect through the other floors but it stops every after a couple of minutes. Accessibility of food is everywhere especially on the main road, there's the indian food restaurant, fresh seafood restaurant, and Restaurant Thaï Food The Number 1 - my favorite place to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 7-Eleven and Family Mart are walking distance. The weather is not ideal around this time but we enjoyed the pool.

We stayed there for just 1 night. So i don't have a lot to say. Just that they were very helpful with information and helped us book a cab to the airport for the next early morning. The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was clean but slightly smelly from being closed for too long. They have a lift which is a plus point. There is a restaurant downstairs which we didn't try but it adds easy access to food. The location is perfect, it's not loud outside but it's walkable distance to Bangla Street and hence Patong beach. Recommended stay.
