Very nice hotel. You can get a very good sleep, the hotel is quiet. Clean rooms. Good protected parking area. Very friendly man (Luigi) at the reception who was able to adapt to our change in travelplans. Not in centre Rome, but if you have a car nice to drive to any metro or trainstation near.

Luigi is a great host at the reception and he helped u a lot during our 2 day stay (tickets for public transportation, tips for restaurants). And he also is a very funny guy:-) The hotel itself is ok and a good place to stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to Rome Tiburtina station. There is also a nice bar next to the hotel for coffee, drinks and snacks.

The hotel is very dirty and poor. The floor looks like has not been cleaned for weeks. The walls look terrible. The smell is bad. This place looks like a hostel for truck drivers but not 3 ⭐️ hotel for tourists. Avoid!!! It could have had 8,4 rate 10 years ago! The breakfast is included but all you get is a cup of coffee, 1 yoghurt and a croissant! The price that is worth to pay is not more than 30 euros per night! Really terrible!!! Very very disappointed!
