To be honest, the whole thing exceeded my expectations. The apartments were spacious, spotless, and wonderfully equipped, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The staff was also quite friendly and helpful. The hotel amenities were amazing, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The pool and spa areas were beautiful, providing the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation. The genuinely astounding aspect, however, was the customer service. The staff went above and above to ensure we had a pleasant stay by giving good recommendations for activities and attractions in the region. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended for a lavish and wonderful visit. I'm in a great mood.

I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The apartments were not only spacious and impeccably clean but also well-equipped, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel amenities exceeded expectations. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the pool and spa areas provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. The standout, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond, offering excellent recommendations for activities and attractions in the region. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and delightful stay. Hotel Suite Palace is one of the finest hotel in town. I must add that I am quite pleased with my excellent experience while staying at the hotel a few days ago. The accommodation exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness, elegant furnishings, and modern facilities. The meticulous attention to detail in the room's design created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the bed was wonderfully soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel gave excellent services. The personnel were consistently kind and eager to assist, always smiling. The cuisine was great and the room service was surprisingly prompt, making my stay much more enjoyable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
