On the night of December 27, 2022, at 1 a.m., the door to our room 4 was quietly opened with a key and they tried to enter. I jumped out of bed and locked the door. My child woke up from the noise and screamed in hysterics. The wife did not sleep and saw everything. Having quickly dressed, I ran downstairs (our room is on the second floor, room 4). Downstairs, at the reception, sat a porter and a security guard. I explained to them that there was an attempt to break into my room for the purpose of robbery or something else. They did not speak English (or pretended not to understand), they began to explain something to me in Spanish (trying to confuse me). I turned on the translator and explained everything to them, demanding to show me the recording from the video camera. The receptionist said that the cameras were not working (but when we checked in, we saw that the cameras were working on the monitor at the reception). I threatened to call the police. I saw that they stand and lie to me. The receptionist thought and said that she heard someone screaming (this is my daughter from fear - They could at least get up and see what was happening). I did not go to bed again, I blocked the door with a table and a chair. In the morning we quickly packed our things and left this hotel. Be careful. This is not the first attempt to break into a room in this hotel (there is a review on booking). It's not safe here! The staff has spare keys and incomprehensible intentions. Vacation ruined.

Excellent staff very helpful beds comfortable but could use updating along with faucets water sprayed everywhere ( vinagre in a baggy over night takes away calcium build up)has refrigerators and a small hot plate dishes silverware. Hot showers good pressure 😁roof top nice but pool needs steps to get in and out. Good service would stay again

They denied entry while we did booking and everything confirmed but when we reach there they said they are full and no rooms available poor management

Horrible place & management! I reserved a room and got an email confirmation, but when I arrived they told me they overbooked and didn’t have a spot for me. They said there’s nothing they could do and I had to figure out another place to stay. Attached is a screenshot of the message they sent me which claims they stated they didn’t have room. But it doesn’t say this and looks like their message was translated wrong.
