It’s not fancy but all the staff are so polite, helpful and the rooms are really clean. The food is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. The lakeside is in walking distance and so are most of the shops. So, it’s at perfect location. I would definitely be coming here again if I visit Nepal again.

Been in Pokhara many times and even lived here for 5 months. This hotel is comfortable, clean and has lovely views. It's in a safe location and the breakfast was perfectly fine. Service was excellent and friendly and prompt. Can definitely recommend.

I love the stay here. I am here with my family for 3 days and i enjoyed a lot here. Very very friendly staff and good room with a decent mountain view. We took 1 lunch and 3 dinner and 2 breakfast and it was yummy. Well maintained hotel. The manager suzen is so helpful as other staffs alos; he suggested a better place to us to do the shopping and visiting places. Rooms are super cool with balcony. The hotel is value for money. I would recommend this hotel for sure to my known people. They understand Hindi and speak somewhat better understandable hindi and they can speak English quite well.

Excellent service! Great value! We are so impressed with the level of service provided to us during our maiden trip to Nepal! Special thanks to concierge Bishal who really took the effort to create bespoke experience both within the hotel and the day trips around Pokhara! We enjoyed our stay here so much!
