1. Re location, you must understand that though the hotel is in a dodgy area, many hotels around are in the same area. It is 100 meters from the metro station. And it is very easy to get there. 2. The staff are very nice and welcoming, the breakfast is taking place in the coffee place owned by the hotel, it is prepared for you, and has everything you will need. We really enjoyed it. 3. Lobby and Cafe are nicely decorated. Good vibe. 3. Room, for the fairness, we got the last available room , and I understand there is a variety of rooms. Sadly, the room was not convenient, not only small but not organized well, old feel, early noises from the hallway (you hear everything, guests walking, cleaning carts, talking), very poor vibe. Good things: it was clean! The shower was good and new, but in a very very small bathroom. So, as we loved the staff and breakfast, it is positive altogether.

I’ll start with the positive. Beds are sizable and modestly comfortable. Place looks budget-modern. Internet works well. What I didn’t like: Very noisy overall. The street noise is loud until 4am with people yelling randomly. The walls are super thin. There was a car alarm at 6am. And a strange high pitched hum that never quit. There was a cockroach in our room. This was unacceptable and prompted our premature departure. The water never got totally hot and the sink backed up. As others mentioned (and from me- who lived in a loft off of skid row Los Angeles) this is a seedy part of town. It’s not necessarily that it’s dangerous but it’s dirty and there aren’t restaurants to go to nearby etc. it’s a sleep (if you can) only kind of hotel.

Excellent budget hotel. Clean, modern, great air conditioning, ideally located for Parthenon (10 minute walk) Excellent little snack bar next door (serving complimentary breakfast in-conjunction with room booking!) Hugely friendly staff who all spoke excellent English (put us to shame) Struggling to find fault ... size of en-suite maybe(?) albeit it was brand new, spotless and larger than most found in city centre hotels at this brilliant price.

Stayed here for multiple times (like 3-8 nights frequently) for a business trip. Overall I had a great experience. Clean rooms and very comfortable big beds. The room designs are very modern and good. Good lightning and nice temperatures for every room. Every room have a shower, little soaps, beauty products and a flat TV. Great staff. The hotel also have a cute coffee shop that can serve you lunch, breakfast, coffee and other things. The hotel is like 10 meters away from the closest metro station (Metaxourgeio / Line 2 - Red). The area is not the best, little bit strange and sketchy due to people live there, or drug users (maybe is because the area is close to Omonoia). I don't have any problems returning late at night, but you should be careful and maybe prefer a taxi ride.
