Rooms with more beds than should be, wi-fi didn't work in the 2 different rooms I was in. There was no minibar or windows in my room, I had to leave the air conditioning on 24 hours a day to be able to drink water that wasn't hot. For those looking for a place just to sleep, it's OK, as long as you're a heavy sleeper. From 5:30 onwards the reception intercom rings non-stop, the noise of people walking and climbing stairs keeps no one asleep. I spent a week at the hotel and not one day did the maid change the towels, as there were no windows, the towels were soaked the entire time of my stay. The only "positive" point is being at an intersection of avenues that give you access to everything in the region, however, the noise of horns and brakes is constant, even at night. Meals on site were not worth it, my snack took 55 minutes to arrive and ended up arriving completely cold, water to drink costs 6 reais, luckily there is an Assaí opposite that sells the same cold water for 1.89... As there was no minibar in the room, just leave the air conditioning on 17 the whole day and it will stay cold enough to drink 😄 That said, the only thing that validates the daily cost is the location, otherwise, the daily price is very high...

I gave 1 star to this hotel, the price is in line with the environment, I stayed from the 13th around 9:30 pm to the 14th until around 1:30 pm, on WhatsApp I informed that I wanted a room with air conditioning as it is very hot in the last few days, thermal sensation of 40 degrees. When I arrived in the room, my air was not freezing at all, I went to the reception a few times to solve the problem, but they told me to check with the control, I looked and nothing solved it, they informed me that they would bring the fan, it took them around 1 hour to get it. The boy took the fan and restarted the air, which froze for about 20 minutes and then stopped again! My reservation was until Thursday, but I left on Tuesday because I couldn't stand staying until Thursday in the heat, the rooms were very hot. And the very small and noisy fan that made it difficult to sleep, the cold shower, even though it was a very hot day, I couldn't take a shower with the cold water, but I had to face it... in relation to the daily payments, my mother who stayed The person responsible for payment made a pix with the amount before I arrived at the hotel, we asked if everything was ok and they said yes. The other day they informed us that it had not gone down (due to a problem with my mother's bank, which was scheduled to make payments) at no point did we refuse to pay, I even informed her that when my mother picked me up she would give me the card, but the girl called Ana She was already extremely rude and said that she would call the police, even though we would pay by card at reception, I asked if they accepted payment via the QR code on the machine, but they said no. Until I made the pix from another bank and it worked, I paid for the room with the air conditioning even though it didn't work and my mother still had to hear that she was acting in bad faith, even paying for something I didn't use. It was super noisy too, it took me a while to sleep because of the heat and noise, and I woke up really early for the same reason!! Television that doesn't catch many channels, is also very small. Anyway, I'm not staying anymore...
