The owner is very racist and not friendly, It is the most horrible experience i ever had. He knocked and right away opened the door while my friend (a girl) was changing, NO PRIVACY! he did not even apologize! it is embarrassing that two young women had to go through this experience, I still can't believe the amount of rudeness I dealt with. The racism part when he addressed my home county twice, and my people. He got to a point to tell us :"take your money and leave" at 1:30am, and thats only because I asked him to apologize for violating our privacy.

The hotel is located in a quiet street not far from the lake and the bus that leads to the cable car. There is a hotel parking lot. There is an easily accessible room for skis and other equipment. The spa is amazing, maybe the best in the whole city. The rooms are large, clean and excellently furnished. The atmosphere is friendly. There is a bar and a fireplace in the lobby, it is a place for every recommendation.

Horrible experience I have ever had in all hotels around the world. I booked with a river view, but they told me if I wanted, I could pay more to upgrade even if I booked a river view. They will ask you to pay for everything. They also don't put on shampoos or body baths in the bathroom. They don't provide a heater or coffee machine. When we asked for it, they told us you could order the coffee near the reception, and we would charge you more if we brought it to your room. The staff is non-friendly.
