It's a very nice place. The owner is very nice and welcoming, always there to help with anything: pointing to the nearest places to eat, helping with travelings, printing documents, literally everything. The rooms are not huge but there is everything you might need and they are very comfy. The price is low in comparison to other options. There is also a small inner garden where one can sit if they want to spend some time outside without going anywhere. The host also sells his wine which is delicious and cheap.

I rented it near the workplace. Cozy family hotel. Comfortable for business trips and for the regular tourists. There is a local market in the nearby (grapes, granats and churchella are always present there) and several cafes/ restaurants in the nearby (Churi for daily breakfast and Georgian House for something magnificent) makes your rest comfortable. + small shops, if you need something. WiFi with 30 Mbps (Ookla speedtest), and all the regular conditions: TV, refrigirator, kettle, shower cabin and toilet in each room.

Magnificent hotel. The host are kind and welcoming. I rent a room in this hotel for the second time. I liked everything very much. If I come to Tbilisi again, I will only live in Toma's hotel!

A nice and affordable place with hospitable owners. The location is rather underdeveloped, but so is the city in general. Lots of dirt in the streets, and I thought the hotel room would be some sort of asylum, but then I inspected the bed and there was some brown goo on the blanket. I would recommend this place to those who appreciate the affordable price and do not expect too much cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed indoors but it's OK to smoke on the balcony.
