We love staying here at the holidays. Service is great! Location is perfect! What a bummer one of the previous customers didn't know about the free Happy Hour! We loved it. The continental breakfast was more than enough for us. We didn't get any extra charges. Our room was lovely as well. It's a small hotel but feels cozy which is also why we really enjoy it for the holidays.

Great stay with a few blips. Room was big enough, and very clean. Shower was marble, which was beautiful but a bit slippery. Windows actually opened a bit for ventilation. Breakfast, served on the 2nd floor: coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, 1-2 fruit (whole banana, apple, or orange), croissants and bagels, cream cheese and jam, and one pastry choice which varied. Examples are chocolate chip cookie, pound cake, apple spice cake, banana bread. Daily alcohol from 4-6 pm was your choice of two different beers or a blackberry cider, red or white wine, served alongside some salty snacks and chocolate covered raisins or peanuts. The “urban amenity fee” also allowed for a single $5 voucher, even if you stay for multiple days, which gets you one snack such as a regular size chocolate bar or small chip bag. You also get a fortune cookie, first come first served. There is a filtered water machine on the sixth floor which did not work intermittently. We were able to get water half the time. Service was friendly and very helpful and prompt. The location was ideal.

The room was pretty small, but the bathroom was so small you have to step into the shower before you can close the door to use the toilet. And the shower only has half a door. The bed was fairly comfy. The front desk folks were always helpful and friendly, and there is "free" (paid for by the resort fee you pay them) beer and wine 4-6pm daily, as well as coffee and tea service and continental breakfast in the mornings. The entrance is across the street from the entrance to Chinatown, so if you're looking for culture, you'll find it easily. There are also several great non-Chinatown restaurants on the block and surrounding area. I would stay here again, for sure.

An option with personality, located right outside the “dragon gate” entrance to Chinatown. The hotel has an amazing staff (shout out to Jay, who gave me great recommendations and greeted my by name everyday), and has a bunch of little amenities (breakfast, coffee, happy hour, $5 voucher for snacks, filtered water) which add a different touch to your stay. Rooms are fine and generally underwhelming, though you are not in SF to stay in the room. Small rooms and noise that carries on, though not so bad as to be an issue for me. Would stay here again.
